RCM series industrial chillers are widely used in plastic industry,foodstuff,electronic products,ultrasonics,dyeing and plating industry and so on.As for Air-cooled Chilling,the principle of heat exchange is adopted for cooling. Good quality,newly designed and easy operated chillers can accurately control various mould's temperature,accelerate product-molding and decrease processing cycle.

  2. High-capacity tube-in-shell evaporater with very good heat exchange performance especially under high ambient temperature condition.The heat exchange power is:15KW
  3.Tube-fin double condensers with excellent heat transfer and rapid cooling.The efficiency of condensers is 17.5KW
  4. Stainless steel warm-keeping water tank.
  5. Overload protection for compressor, pump and blower.
  6. Warm-keeping design for all piping to avoid partial convection.
  7. Independent temperature controller, anti-freeze protection.
  8. Phase sequence protection for control circuit, refrigeration loop controlled by high and low pressure switch.
  9. R22 refrigerant to be used for efficient cooling.
  10. R407 environment-friendly refrigerant is optional to use.
